Little Taonga Vintage Stamp necklaces

These stunning necklaces are designed by Little Taonga, based in Kaikoura. Taonga means 'treasure' or 'gift' in te reo Māori.

These new necklace designs are based on the NZ Vintage 1935 Pictorial Stamps series. They are intricately illustrated stamps depicting New Zealand fauna, scenery, Māori culture and arts, agricultural, historical and pastoral scenes.

The stamps were originally surface printed by Waterlow & Sons then later by the New Zealand Government Printer.

Each necklace is quite long at 22 inches/55.8cm in length.

Made with brass, plated with 14ct Gold, and printed. Coated to be tarnish resistant.

Each necklace comes in a Little Taonga pouch with an info card.

This necklace is designed by a NZ Māori jeweller
