Ngāi Tahu Long Roimata Earrings

These stunning earrings are individually hand-carved from genuine New Zealand pounamu (greenstone). Each piece has unique characteristics formed over millions of years, giving them their own identity, colour and character.

Each Ngāi Tahu piece comes with an information card, beautifully gift boxed for presentation, and a guarantee of authenticity "tracing code" - this allows you to go online and access the details relating to this piece of pounamu (its origin and genealogy)

Roimata means teardrops, this shape is widely regarded as a touchstone in healing and meditation. Roimata carvings are also believed to hold strong connections to the land.

Please note - each piece of pounamu is completely unique and no two are the same - the earrings you receive may have a slightly different colour or pattern but will definitely be stunning!
