Louder Chilli Oil

This is an absolutely mouthwateringly delicious chilli oil from NZ company Louder.

A spicy and toasty chilli oil infused with aromatics, sichuan pepper and toasted sesame seeds. Dripped, drizzled or poured, it amplifies everything it touches. Locally made in small batches in windy Wellington.

To get the good stuff, stir well before using.

Ingredients: Canola oil, Garlic, Onion, Chilli flakes, Chilli powder, Sesame seeds, Sichuan pepper, Pepper & Salt. Contains: Sesame seeds.

"Gee loved to cook. Jay loved to eat.
‘More heat’ was Jay’s common (and loud) response to most of Gee’s cooking, so he started playing around with different combinations of spices and aromatics. The result was a chilli oil with the perfect hit of spice and toastiness. Jay put it on everything - noodles, stir fries, toast, dumplings, pasta, cheeseboards and curries, she even cooked popcorn in it. Each new batch seemed to disappear quicker than the last.
