This beautiful Papa Huia box is crafted from recycled native Rimu wood.

A keepsake box, it features an engraved design inspired by 'kape rua', a pattern often seen on the rafters of Whare Tupuna (Ancestral Houses). In this context, it symbolises unity, togetherness, and the importance of whanau (family). By merging contemporary form with Māori artistry, this taonga bridges the present with ancestral heritage, exuding authenticity and deep cultural significance.
