Pounamu Roimata Set - Pendant & Earrings - Teardrop

This pendant and earrings are individually hand-carved from genuine New Zealand pounamu (greenstone). Each piece has unique characteristics formed over millions of years, giving them their own identity, colour and character - with no two alike.

The Roimata shape is widely associated with emotional strength, healing, and a strong connection to the whenua/land.

These are handmade for HAPA by Hokitika based Poutini Pounamu (master carver Tyrone Tainui, Ngāi Tahu). They are all made from the same piece of pounamu, and carry the natural marks of items that are completely hand carved/made.

All metal is sterling silver.
