This Triple Koru taonga depicts the shape of three unfurling fern fronds. In Māori culture, the young shoots of the fern traditionally symbolises new life, growth and rejuvenation. They are captured inside a Manawa heart, a contemporary shape - this beautiful large pendant is a blend of the old and the new.
