Kathryn Furniss, a self-taught painter from Nelson, New Zealand, draws inspiration from the Pacific landscape and native birds. Her acrylic and ink works feature layered techniques, blending abstract washes with detailed strokes. Through her art, Kathryn tells stories of protection, journeys, and connections between past and present.
