This beautiful honey from J Friend and Co Artisan Honey is a NZ native honey which is harvested from the Coromandel Peninsula in the North Island of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our Pohutukawa tree is known in New Zealand as the iconic Christmas tree. This Pohutukawa honey is pale golden brown in colour, well balanced, lightly floral with a surprising salty finish.
