These boo boo bags are designed to help soothe a 'boo boo' - for both adults and tamariki alike! Very helpful to soothe your wee ones...but also great for minor aches/mastitis/headaches/sore muscles etc in adults.
For a warm soothing bag simply place in the microwave with 1/2 a cup of water beside it and heat for approx 30 seconds.
For a cooling bag place in a ziplock bag and pop in the freezer (can be stored in the freezer so its ready to go)
Spot clean with a damp cloth when necessary and air dry. Please note that each bag is cut from the same fabric, but a different part of it - so yours may not look exactly the same as the pic, but its definitely the same print!
