Dale Borland
NZ Pounamu Toki pendant medium
This large sized Toki pendant is individually hand-carved from genuine New Zealand pounamu (greenstone). Each piece has unique characteristics formed over millions of years, giving them their own identity, colour and character. The piece you receive will have its own colouration and patterns different to the one in the images, but the dimensions will be the same.
Each piece comes with an information card and a guarantee of authenticity.
The Toki shape is traditionally a carving tool and weapon - as a taonga, it represents strength, determination and courage. It’s been lashed/bound with woven waxed linen cord.
Dale Borland is a family business run by John and Dale Harrison, and middle son Steven.
