Poutini Pounamu Long Roimata Earrings

These earrings are individually hand-carved from genuine New Zealand pounamu (greenstone). Each piece has unique characteristics formed over millions of years, giving them their own identity, colour and character - with no two alike. Note that with the handcarved process comes evidence of that - they are not perfect as they are not machine made, they are human-made and no two pieces of pounamu are identical!

These are handmade for HAPA by Hokitika based Poutini Pounamu (master carver Tyrone Tainui, Ngāi Tahu). They carry the natural marks of an item that is completely hand carved/made.

All metal is sterling silver. Please note that the pair you receive may not be identical to the ones in the photos but they will be very close!

Pounamu part is 55mm to 65mm long and 10mm wide
